Each year the popular beach resort of Hua Hin hosts an annual jazz music festival. All concerts are free of charge and take place on open-air stages, setup on the beach and in the city.

This year the 8th Hua Hin Jazz Festival is scheduled on 12 -14 of June 2009. The festival will be held in honor of the musical talents of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. It will also be held in celebration of the occasion of Hua Hin 100th Anniversary with the Hua Hin Green Jazz concept.

Highlight of this year's Hua Hin Jazz Festival is the performance of Thai, Asian and world famous international jazz musicians during the three days on the beach and at Phonkingphet Public Park.
